LET COMFORT LEAD
Nothing to force.
A practice is an invitation. You can change it, stop it, or leave it unfinished.
Choose a safe place
Use breathing and sound practices somewhere you can safely rest or focus. Do not use while driving or operating machinery. Sit or lie with support and keep awareness of your surroundings.
Keep breathing effortless
There are no required holds. Do not force a full inhale or exhale to match the cue. If a pace feels uncomfortable, return to your ordinary breathing. Stop if you feel dizzy, distressed, or otherwise uncomfortable.
Start quietly
Keep volume low. Silence is a valid choice. If you have a seizure disorder or sound sensitivity, consult a qualified clinician before using rhythmic or binaural audio. Headphones are needed for the binaural effect only; the breath-paced sound does not require them.
Know the limits
AutoGeniusOS is general wellness and reflection, not medical treatment or a replacement for professional care. It does not measure respiration, pulse, HRV, brainwaves, or a neurological state, and it makes no promise of a therapeutic or performance result.
You keep the final word
A reflection or agent suggestion is something to consider, not an identity, diagnosis, or instruction to obey. Keep only what fits your lived experience. Seek appropriate professional or urgent local support when you need care beyond a practice website.
